1. Order Processing: Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic (USA): 2-5 business days
- International: 3-7 business days
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International): We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If your order is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided.
