Where do you ship from?
Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment partner in New Jersey. We ship worldwide.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. Duties and customs fees may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

When will my order ship?
Shipping begins within 3–5 business days of the drop unless otherwise noted. During high-volume periods (e.g. drop days), please allow up to 7 business days for tracking info.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track orders via the confirmation page or by contacting support.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
All sales are final. We cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order is placed due to high sellout risk.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No — all sales are final due to the limited and exclusive nature of our releases. Please check sizing and details before purchasing.

What if I missed the drop?
Once a product is sold out, it’s gone. We do not restock unless stated. Sign up for email/SMS alerts or follow us on Instagram to stay updated on future drops.
