SHIPPING & REFUNDS

Shipping

All pre-orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation. Once your pre-order is confirmed the retailer will ship your item within 2-3 working days you will receive shipment and tracking notifications directly from the retailer.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All shipping rates are free of charge and are delivered using an express courier such as UPS or DHL.

We DO NOT ship to customers within the UAE. Placing an order from UAE your order will be cancelled immediately.

Shipment and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check the customs and import duties from your country.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds

By purchasing a service from YEEZYMAFIA.COM you are guaranteed 100% success on your order or a full refund within 24-72 hours of the release (may vary depending on release date changes/delays) and could take up to as long as 10 business days to get back into your bank account.

We do not offer refunds on completed orders that have shipped to you, once we complete the service on our end you will be charged, even if you wanted to cancel or return the item to the retailer.

Please make sure you would like the item before you order, as once we secure your order with us, it will be fulfilled. Once you purchase a securing service with us it will not be refunded/cancelled unless failed on release day as we import orders as we receive them. So please make sure you have the sufficient funds beforehand.

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU ABOUT A REFUND?

Refunds are automatic and can take anywhere from 1-10 business days to show back up in your account. You can always check the status of your order here.
